General
How do I place an order?
All orders must be placed online by completing our booking form. Once we receive your request, you'll receive an email from our design team with a quote or proposal.
How do I know my booking is secure?
Once your order is finalized, you will receive a service contract and total invoice via email. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event. The remaining balance is due no later than a week before your event.
Short notice events (7 days or less) require full payment.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to your event will receive a credit that can be applied to a future event. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the event are not eligible to be rescheduled. Cancellation fees are applicable.
Where are you located?
SpaceHaus is a home-based business located in Bradenton, Florida. We currently do not have a storefront location.
What areas do you service?
We service Sarasota and Manatee County.
How early should I book?
We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to ensure we have the appropriate materials and desired colours. We may accept last minute orders if we are available for your date, however an extra fee will apply.
How long do balloons last?
INDOOR - We use the highest balloon quality in the market. Our air-filled can last weeks indoors depending on the environmental setting it is placed in. Helium-filled balloons have a much shorter lifespan lasting approximately 2-3 days.
OUTDOOR - We cannot guarantee that balloons will last any specific amount of time when used outdoors as various weather conditions affect the lifespan of the balloons.

Installations
Delivery & Installation Fees
Our delivery and installation fees vary depending on the location and complexity of your order.
Do you offer take down/strike services?
Yes, you can schedule us to come take down your installation for an additional fee.
How long do you take to set-up?
Set-up time varies depending on the volume and complexity of your order.
Do you have a minimum order?
For organic balloon garlands, we have an order minimum of $300 before fees and tax.
Grab & Go’s
What is a Grab & Go Garland?
Grab & Go Garlands are smaller, budget-friendly versions of our installations. Each Grab & Go is thoughtfully designed by the SpaceHaus team, then picked up and installed by you. Our garlands are completely finished and ready for you to hang.
Do you offer delivery for Grab & Go’s?
Delivery services can be provided based on location, with an additional charge for the delivery service.
Do you accept same day orders for Grab & Go’s?
No, we require a 7 day notice for Grab & Go orders.
Where do I pick up my Grab & Go?
Pick-up point for Grab & Go orders is Bradenton, Florida.
Will the Grab & Go fit in my vehicle?
We recommend picking up your order in an empty SUV with both seats down and trunk cleared out.
How do I install my Grab & Go?
You will receive hanging instructions and hanging material at time of pickup.

Do you sell balloons for balloon release?
We have a strict no release policy. We do not support or participate in balloon releases or any forms of littering.
